Common Questions

Before you call

Will pressure washing damage my siding or shingles?

It can, which is why we don't pressure wash either one. Siding and roofs get soft washed — a cleaning solution applied at roughly garden-hose pressure that kills the organic growth and rinses free. High pressure is reserved for concrete and masonry, which can take it.

Do you need to use my water and outlets?

No. The truck carries its own water tank and generator. If you'd rather we use your spigot, we can — but nothing about the job depends on it. This is what makes remote and vacant properties workable for us.

How much does it cost?

It depends on square footage, surface type, height and how bad the growth is. We quote flat rates per job rather than hourly, so the number you approve is the number you pay. Send photos and you'll usually have a range the same day.

How often should a house be washed?

In this climate, most homes look right on a roughly annual cycle. North-facing walls, heavily shaded lots and anything near a treeline grow back faster and sometimes want attention twice a year.

What about my plants?

Landscaping gets pre-wet before we start and rinsed again after. Pre-wetting is the part that actually matters — saturated foliage doesn't take up solution.
