Patton, Missouri · 100-Mile Service Radius
We bring the
pressure to you.
Fully mobile pressure washing for homes, driveways, roofs and businesses across Southeast Missouri. Our truck carries its own water and power, so we can clean properties well outside town limits — no hookup required.
What We Clean
Five services. One truck.
Most properties need two or three of these at once, which is why we quote the whole exterior rather than line items. Pick where it hurts most and we'll tell you honestly what else is worth doing while we're there.
House Washing
Low-pressure soft washing that lifts green algae, mildew and pollen off vinyl, brick and painted siding without forcing water behind it.
Explore house washing →Concrete & Driveways
Surface-cleaner passes that pull rust, tire marks and years of gray film off driveways, sidewalks, patios and pool decks — evenly, no zebra stripes.
Explore concrete cleaning →Roof Cleaning
Those black streaks are a living organism eating your shingles. We treat it chemically at low pressure — the method shingle manufacturers actually endorse.
Explore roof cleaning →Gutter Cleaning & Brightening
Clearing them out is half the job. Brightening removes the oxidized "tiger stripes" on the face that a regular wash leaves behind.
Explore gutter care →Commercial & Fleet
Storefronts, dumpster pads, drive-thrus and work trucks — scheduled after hours or before open so nothing about your day changes.

Common Questions
Before you call
Will pressure washing damage my siding or shingles?
It can, which is why we don't pressure wash either one. Siding and roofs get soft washed — a cleaning solution applied at roughly garden-hose pressure that kills the organic growth and rinses free. High pressure is reserved for concrete and masonry, which can take it.
Do you need to use my water and outlets?
No. The truck carries its own water tank and generator. If you'd rather we use your spigot, we can — but nothing about the job depends on it. This is what makes remote and vacant properties workable for us.
How much does it cost?
It depends on square footage, surface type, height and how bad the growth is. We quote flat rates per job rather than hourly, so the number you approve is the number you pay. Send photos and you'll usually have a range the same day.
How often should a house be washed?
In this climate, most homes look right on a roughly annual cycle. North-facing walls, heavily shaded lots and anything near a treeline grow back faster and sometimes want attention twice a year.
What about my plants?
Landscaping gets pre-wet before we start and rinsed again after. Pre-wetting is the part that actually matters — saturated foliage doesn't take up solution.
